We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resource (HR) Specialist to join our team. The Human Resource Specialist will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits management, administration, data management of HRIS system, and salary planning. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 10 plus years’ experience in HR practices. This person must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This is a part time position working approximately 20-28 hours per week.

We are seeking a person who has a ministry mindset and strong administrative skills to join our team. Highly-developed organizational skills and an ability to learn and navigate new software programs is also a must. This is a full-time position (35-40 hours/week) that provides administrative support to our Groups and Membership Pastor and Minister of Administration & Connections.

The person in this position is integral to our efforts to help people as they navigate their journey from first-time Guest to a fully-engaged member, including connection in small groups and marriage ministry. Also included in this person’s duties are managing event scheduling, as well as support for the operational aspects of ministry including, financial, IT, facilities, and security.
