Foster Care & Adoption

Disciples of Jesus are committed to following His example of loving and serving others. Like Jesus, the Bible declares that all disciples are to care for the vulnerable and lowly, including the orphaned. Living Hope is dedicated to caring for and loving the countless children around the world that need a family to call their own. We are committed to supporting families who bring children into their homes through fostering and adoption by providing practical resources and avenues of encouragement. The Foster Care & Adoption Ministry at Living Hope exists to equip the Church to care for these children and families.

During our James 1:27 Night, local adoptive and foster parents can drop off ALL of their children for a meal and time to play with their age groups. This will be held on February 12 from 5:30-7p. All children will need to be checked in at the beginning of the event and picked up by their parent/guardian.

Explore Foster Care

On Sunday, February 11, the Foster Care and Adoption Ministry is hosting an exploration event with the Network and DCBS leaders to discuss foster care, respite care, and supporting foster families. This event is open to anyone to come learn about these areas. Join us from 12:30-2p in the Fellowship Hall. There will be light finger foods and childcare available.
