Our High School Ministry is designed to help connect students to the life-changing gospel of Jesus Christ and help them to live the life of a disciple of Jesus. During this time of Covid-19, we have adjusted our ministry to continue to make disciples while exercising needed caution. Small Groups gather on Sunday nights for fun, fellowship, and Bible study. These groups meet at homes, and social distancing and safe practices are followed closely. Email Pastor Chad to get connected to a group. High School Worship meets on Wednesday night from 6:30-8 for student-led worship, a message from God’s Word, and discussion.Activities are designed to connect students in friendships as part of Biblical Community. Some of these are a large group and some are small groups of students, but all follow the current CDC guidelines. These are announced on social media and through email to parents.High School Ministry StaffChad Groff High School PastorChad has served in student ministries since he graduated from High School. Sunday Morning ReopeningJanuary 18 We are excited to announce Next Generation ministries (birth through high school) will be returning to the church building on Sunday mornings beginning March 7. Watch the video for further details, pray for Pastor Chad’s prayer requests, and continue monitoring your email and this page for further information and instructions as the reopening date approaches.January 6In the next few months, Next Generation ministries will be reopening on Sunday morning. We are doing this in order to follow the Biblical instruction to make disciples in our families. During the pandemic, we have seen many families benefit greatly by developing a habit of worshipping together. This needs to continue. In addition, children and parents need to grow together with others in similar life situations. In order to provide the Biblical instruction and atmosphere necessary, we will be relaunching Next Generations Ministries in the near future at 9:30a on Sunday mornings. During this time, children from kindergarten through high school will gather in classes with their peers for teaching and connection. Parents who are not serving in Next Gen Ministries will gather with other parents to be equipped in family discipleship. More details about these gatherings are coming soon. Over the next few weeks, prepare for this change by determining if your family will worship at 8 or 11 in one of our worship venues. Please be in prayer about these changes. We all need wisdom from God as we walk the pathway of a disciple.
