The Heart of Living Hope Transforms Attitudes

In this parable, spoken in the form of a proverbial saying, Jesus uses familiar imagery—new cloth and new wine—to reveal the transforming reality of the New Covenant. His coming does not patch up the old system but inaugurates something entirely new. Those who are born again in Christ must therefore adopt attitudes shaped by the new life He gives.
