Abide: The Wonder of Life in Christ, with Christ, and for Christ is Living Hope’s gateway to a journey of discipleship & community.

The Bible’s most consistent description of the Christian life is not about being religious or attending church. It is that we are in Christ and Christ is in us, or as Jesus put it: “Abide in me…I am the vine and you are the branches.” (John 15:4-5) This truth – that the actual life of King Jesus is in each disciple – has the potential to transform our faith and our lives.

Through a guided Bible study, small group conversations, and exploring some key spiritual practices, you will learn how to experience this extraordinary reality in your ordinary life. You will also get a taste of Living Hope’s group life and maybe find some people with whom you can share life and grow in faith as you follow Jesus – together.

The Abide Course is offered twice in both the fall and winter/spring Equip semesters, and occasionally in the summer. You can look for registration on our News & Events page or email equip@lhbg.org to reserve a spot in advance and have us send you a link when registrations open.
