    Jason Pettus has served as the Senior Pastor here at Living Hope since July 2001. His passion is to see people connect in an authentic relationship with God by grace through faith in Christ alone. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in religion and Biblical languages from Belmont University, a Masters of Divinity from David Lipscomb University, and a Doctorate from Reformed Theological Seminary. He and his wife Carrie, who led him to Christ when they were in high school, were married in 1994 and have three children.

    Benny Stofer has served on staff at Living Hope since May 2002. His passion is to encourage and assist the church to worship God in Spirit and Truth both personally and corporately. He has a Bachelor's of Arts in Music from Georgetown College and a Masters in Church Music from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Benny and his wife, Kimmy, were married in 1981, and they have two children.

    Mark Gilliam has served on staff at Living Hope since April, 2000. His passion is to see people connect in an authentic relationship with God by grace through faith in Christ alone and to connect with his church through authentic community. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Arts from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife have two lovely girls.

  • Bill Wade

    Bill Wade began his ministry at Living Hope in July of 2011. Bill serves as the 50 Plus and Care Pastor. His love is representing Jesus in life crisis situations. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Education and a Master of Religious Education from New Orleans Theological Baptist Seminary with emphasis in biblical counseling. Bill and his wife, Dianne, have been married 33 years and have two children, Joey, who teaches at Bangkok Christian College and Katy, currently adjunct professor of psychology at Middle Tennessee State University. He has a wonderful son-in-law, Brian, and a beautiful granddaughter, Clare.

    David Head began serving as Adult Discipleship Pastor in June, 2013. Prior to joining the team here, he served as senior or discipleship pastor of churches in Kentucky, Tennessee and Florida. His heart is to see far-from God people come to a passionate, life-shaping relationship with Jesus in which they delight in Him (Matt.13:44-46), live out His gospel (Gal.2:20, 1 Jn.2:6) and join His mission by making disciples (Matt.28:18-20) David has a Bachelor’s degree in music from Belmont University and a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Seminary. He and Paula were married in 1980 and have one son, Drew, who serves a church as Pastor for Students and Families.

  • Jeremie Wade

    Jeremie Wade has served on staff at Living Hope since October, 2012. It is Jeremie’s desire to see Christ followers utilize all forms of media to aid in the mission of the church. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Western Kentucky University and is currently working on his Master of Divinity degree at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jeremie and his wife, Sarah, were married in 2003, and they have two children.

  • Tyler Wittmer

    Tyler Wittmer is a recent graduate of Western Kentucky University. At WKU, he double majored in Religious Studies and Philosophy, graduating from the Honors College. He now attends Southern Seminary and is pursuing a Masters of Divinity with an emphasis in Apologetics and Biblical Counseling. Tyler and his wife, Alicia, were married in 2014.

  • Chad Groff

    Chad Groff joined the staff of Living Hope in July 2015. He has served churches in State College and Hershey, PA, and northern NJ, near New York City. Chad has a bachelor’s degree in Bible from Lancaster Bible College and a Masters of Ministry from Trinity Seminary (IN). His passion is to see students become passionate disciples of Jesus Christ, who are connected to others, devoted to living the ways of God, and build the kingdom of God. He and his wife, Joni, met in college and were married in 1997. They have three children.

  • Nathan mattingly

    Nathan first served at Living Hope as the Bridge (Grades 5 & 6) Director in our Children's Ministry from 2011-2013. After moving to Hope House Ministries, he returned in 2015 to become our Middle School Minister. Nathan has a passion to partner with parents to help students grow in their faith and live on mission to glorify God. Nathan is married to Lara, and they have three children.

    Troy has served at Living Hope since April 2015. He is passionate about coming alongside parents to equip, encourage and engage them in the journey of parenting. He holds a Bachor's degree in Church Ministry from Clear Creek Baptist Bible College and a Master of Arts in Discipleship and Family Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been married to his wife, Pam, since 1996, and they have three children.

  • Charity Porter

    Charity has been on staff in the Children's Ministry since October of 2010. She graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a bachelor of arts degree in Bible-Theology in 1997. She married her husband in 1999 and they have been blessed with two children.
